Bulk E-mail Policy
Customers are expressly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk e-mail messages ("junk e-mail" or "spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk e-mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who have specifically requested it.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim resulting from the customer's use or distribution of electronic mail services through the service provided through this Agreement.

Definition of Unacceptable Bulk E-mail
  • Bulk unsolicited promotional material or other forms of solicitation sent via e-mail that contain any IP address belonging to Nicole Roberts Hosting or any URL (domain) that is hosted by Nicole Roberts Hosting, including in the headers.
  • Unsolicited postings to newsgroups advertising any IP or URL hosted by Nicole Roberts Hosting.
  • The use of web pages set up on ISPs that allow spamming ("ghost sites") that directly or indirectly reference customers to domains or IP addresses hosted by Nicole Roberts Hosting.
  • Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to facilitate a means to SPAM.
  • Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the true origin of the message.

    Bulk E-mailing Violations
    Nicole Roberts Hosting reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate, without warning, any account that violates this policy. Usage of Nicole Roberts Hosting's services constitutes acceptance and understanding of this policy.

    Customers utilizing our services for spamming will be immediately subject to a $250.00 server abuse fee plus $0.15 per attempted spam e-mail.

    CAUTION SPAMMERS: Nicole Roberts Hosting is 100% against spamming and will take spammers to court should they decide not to pay the fees stated in this policy. This is no idle threat.
